I have used Chris and his teams at RAS Construction for complicated extensions where only half of the existing house was kept, lofts, patios, porches and landscaping ie for a variety of very successful projects. I enjoy that Chris is so accessible and his teams are focussed, very hard-working and achieve more in a day than I have seen other companies achieve which helps them achieve timing and budget. He has never gone over any budget or timing agreed which is a big statement and the finish I have on my projects is fantastic. Everyone comments on their work positively and they are very solutions-orientated and client-focussed. I have lost count of the number of projects that have come from referrals from the builds they completed with me. They are a lovely team! Even the inspector I use also has commented on the projects as being very well finished compared to what he sees everyday. One of the local estate agents said it was the best extension he had ever seen from a design (FreeSpace Design Ltd UK) perspective and finish (RAS Construction). This included an extension, new windows, new kitchen and bathrooms, remodelling of the bedrooms as well as full inside and outside redecoration.
